UNITED NATIONS LAW OF THE SEA TREATY

The United Nations Law Of The Sea Treaty is waiting scheduling for a Senate floor vote to ratify the treaty. When first presented to President Reagan in 1982, he catigorically rejected the treaty stating that it was a threat to US soverignty. Follow this link to a site created to help defeat this treaty. The site contains detailed information about the treaty and the threat it poses as well as links explaining the dangers and articles concerning the treaty including President Reagan's view.
