In addition to the Cartoon Gallery that is usually posted on Thursday, I am adding another feature to the posting. "You Can't Make This Stuff Up !" will feature along with the Thursday cartoons weird, funny and unusual news stories found on the web, so off the wall that it is obvious that, "you can't make this stuff up!". Some will be from the , "stupid government, " category, ( which applies to most government stories), and others from the strange happenings in the rest of the world.
